MNG Swim Club Team Handbook
2026 Season
Date: January 7, 2026
Welcome to MNG Swim Club
Dear Swimmers, Parents, and Families,
Welcome to MNG Swim Club, a community-based, board-governed non-profit swim club dedicated to providing safe swim instruction and water safety education to children from the Mongolian-American community in the Des Plaines/Cook County area. Inspired by the need to address water safety risks for children from a landlocked background and recent local incidents, we aim to build skills, confidence, and a love for swimming in a supportive, culturally inclusive environment.
As a USA Swimming member club affiliated with Illinois Swimming LSC, we adhere to all Safe Sport policies and emphasize fun, learning, and growth. This handbook outlines expectations, policies, and procedures to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Please read it carefully.
